Our story
Nathalie Green Packaging is rooted in Detroit — the Motor City — because this is where grit meets industry and community matters most. Nathalie and Rob chose Detroit to rebuild local manufacturing, create stable careers, and honor a calling to serve.

Why Detroit ? Why NOT
Rob’s military leadership and operational discipline, combined with Nathalie’s commitment to sustainable business, shape a company that treats production like service: precise, accountable, and loyal to the people it hires and the neighborhoods it supports. We hire and train veterans for equipment, operations, and leadership roles, providing hands‑on certification, career pathways, and support that turn service into stable civilian careers.

Our mission
Nathalie Green Packaging’s mission is to rebuild Detroit manufacturing by producing sustainable, American‑made packaging at high capacity while hiring and training veterans to create stable local careers and measurable community impact.

Who we serve
We work with:
- Regional food and beverage manufacturers — small-to-mid sized producers who need reliable, compliant bulk and retail packaging.
- Local retailers and co‑ops — Detroit‑area grocers and specialty shops seeking sustainable, locally made packaging and fast reorder cycles.
- Contract packers and fulfillment centers — operations needing flexible runs, short lead times, and veteran‑trained labor for scale.
- Municipal and institutional buyers — schools, hospitals, and government agencies prioritizing veteran hiring, supplier diversity, and Michigan‑made products.
"Nathalie Green Packaging complies with the Greenlighting Growth Act regulatory standards to reduce red tape and accelerate local hiring and investment."
